But I don't wanna spend to much on this.

In the past I've experienced some problems by dealing via ebay.

So I thought of something more reliable. A friend of mine mentioned markt.de or something like that. But I'm not sure if that would be a good idea. What do you think?

Just check out a seller's feedback before you buy of him. I have bought tons of stuff via eBay and only a couple of transactions didn't work out as planned. Since you are only going spend 20 - 30 Euros I don't really see a problem at all.
