hi all im a teddy bear in germany lol, does anyone now the time of kick off and the date for the game aswell as how can we get tickets or its it buy on the gate???
I think you can order tickets on the Hannover 96-homepage. As the game is unlikely to be sold out, you can probably also buy tickets at the AWD-Arena just before kick-off.

Thanks for all the help.
Booked up to arrive in Weeze at 0950. Is it easy to get to Dusseldorf and then a train to Hannover at around 1430 (after checking into the hotel)?

Thank you Daniel ..
Does that mean that the only bus I could get on the 17th July (Tuesday) to Dusseldorf would be at 1330? Is there any other way from Weeze to Dusseldorf as I get into Weeze at 0950 and would prefer to be in Dusseldorf for around 1400 - 1430

I think it would be best to take a taxi from Weeze airport to Weeze and go by train from Weeze to Düsseldorf.

Is transport between Hannover and Hannover Airport good late at night and early in the morning?
I arrive at 23:50 and fly out 7:50.
I have been looking at a guide book - Goslar looks interesting, would it be easy to do a day trip from Hannover?
If any Hannover fans want to find out more about Rangers or just chat to Rangers fans they should register at http://forum.followfollow.com/index.php

You should have no problems getting into Hannover city centre at any time of day or night. It is only 20 minutes on the slow train and even a taxi ride would not cost too much.
Just a tip, but while you are in Hannover try to make time to visit the old Town Hall (Alte Rathaus). It is a magnificent building and you can go inside for free. We have nothing like it in the UK.

Do you really mean the old Town Hall? I guess you mean the new one, which is rather more impressive...:
Edit: One thing to add: You can get on top of the dome of the Town Hall with an oblique lift - the only one in Europe. From there you can enjoy a great view over Hannover - and of course over our stadium as well.

Thanks again Viktoria.
Hannover looks beautiful.
And of course it has historical links with the UK and our Royal Family. You might not be aware of it but Rangers Fans tend to be supporters of the Monarchy, so the trip to Hannover will be a 'pilgrimage' of sorts for some.
Are you by any chance related to our Royal Family?
I believe our Queen Victoria came from the Hannover area

No, she came from an area near Heidelberg. But don't bring me in a discussion of history, because my English is very bad.
Well, if you come to Hannover enjoy the game and the city.

Your English seems fine to me
Also keep in mind that there are some English soldiers stationed in western lower saxony, so the ties go further than just lineage.
And the king's German Legion was Hanoverian as well, we were the only Germans not to stop fighting Napoleon at any point of time
ok, enough of history, back to the game and travel advises
