I'm an English groundhopper who goes around Germany and Europe visiting stadiums. I've just booked a trip over to Hannover for the game v BVB on Saturday 22nd March 15:30. I'm here from Friday-Sunday and was wondering if any fans want to meet up for a beer as I'm coming over on my own for the trip, be good to speak to some fellow football fans!

By the way, I'm a Tranmere Rovers supporter, they play in England's version of the 3. Liga.

I noticed that at it's the mini-derby that weekend also, BTSV II v H96 II, that should be an interesting fixture.

Yeah, but the kickoff of this match is at 2:00 pm. So it is not possible to see both matches.

Yes I noticed that. I thought maybe it would be a Sunday game to allow fans to visit the match - probably clashes so that the police can have a rest!

The police will have a rest because the BTSV-Supporters then will be at Gelsenkirchen.

Not every single BTSV supporter, I'm sure some hangers on will want to cause some trouble. No pigs walking through city centres this time though!

Hannover will be secure because the BTSV-Supporters will not risk to enter Hannover because our supporters will be here. Rather they will secure their own stadium.

Haha, my ticket is for the south end of the stadium, would of loved to of been near the Nordkurve but oh well. I absolutely love he Brigade Nord 99 banner and logo etc, really looking forward to my visit regardless of my position in the stadium

the south isn´t a bad choice this match, cause the away support of BVB is very impressive. Sure, I hope the match calm then a little bit down, but it´s more a dream.

Martin Kind, yes I've read about him. Strong encourager of private ownership for German clubs? You'll turn into English football if this happens = no fan representation, high ticket prices, rebrands (Cardiff City/Hull City).

Are you from the Liverpool area, Liam? I grew um in Bradford, it's been a long time since my last visit, but I still have lots of friends in Yorkshire.

Patches, take from Liverpool the ferry cross the mercy to the stadium of the Tranmere Rovers at Birkenhead.

BTW: Once I was in Liverpool and visited a match at anfield among the home supporters at the Kop. It was a pleasant trip and a great experience!
