Problem buying tickets

Hello,
I am trying to buy 5 tickets for the game verses Hamburg on November 26. We live in the UK and will be travelling to Germany for the weekend.
I have tried to telephone Hannover 96 but none of the numbers I have tried appear to be working.
I have tried 0049 511969 00316, 0049 180588 8908 and 0049 18051 89600.

Can anyone help me get tickets?

Did you try calling yesterday? On Sundays virtually all of Germany is shut down, that applies to ticket offices too. The right number as from the website is +49 1805 - 189600, not sure if that will work from abroad however. The online shop is here: https://www.eventimsports.de/shop/11" target="_blank

You reach the ticket service +49 1805 - 189600 from monday to thursday between 09:00 am and 06:00 pm and friday between 09:00 am and 04:00 pm (mesz or utc+2). And hurry up, only few tickets for the east, south or west stand are available (price between 30 and 45 Euro for adults)! Tickets will not send outside Germany! Let them deposit at the entrance. Thanks for your help. Someone mentioned on facebook that the phone lines were down. Luckily I managed to find a German speaking friend who could use the ticket website for me. Can't wait!
