BIELEFELD, January 28 (Bundesliga) - Arminia Bielefeld will be looking for a return to winning ways when they face Hannover in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

Bielefeld have lost their last two games and went down 1-0 at Borussia Monchengladbach last weekend as their top goalscorer Delron Buckley, who hasn't scored in the last five games, missed an opportunity to equalise.

With Markus Schuler (knee) out indefinitely, Arminia are close to taking defender Tomasz Wisio on loan from Pasching until the end of the season.

``It's as good as done,'' general manager Thomas von Heesen said.

Rumours also suggest Bielefeld are trying to re-acquire unhappy Berlin striker Artur Wichniarek before the transfer window closes next Monday, but coach Uwe Rapolder has dismissed the speculation.

``I doubt this deal is feasible from a financial point of view,'' Rapolder said.

Benjamin Lense (thigh), Bernd Rauw (knee) and Isaac Boakye (knee) are unavailable for the game.

In their last meeting two years ago, the 96ers posted a 1-0 victory to send Arminia back into the second division.

Bayer Leverkusen spoiled the grand opening of Hannover's World Cup stadium when they silenced the crowd with a 3-0 victory last week.

Instead of moving up to the fourth spot, the 96ers slid all the way to eighth in the Bundesliga and coach Ewald Lienen has urged his players to play with ``more passion'' this weekend against Bielefeld.

``If every single player is lacking five or 10% commitment this adds up to the loss of one full player and then you're left without a chance,'' he said.

``We need to show dedication if we want to keep up the great shape from the first half of the season.''

With Michael Tarnat hindered by a knee injury, 18-year-old Soren Halfar could be in line to make his Bundesliga debut in defence.

Dame Diouf (knee), Mohammadou Idrissou (musculature), Silvio Schroter (ankle) and Tranquillo Barnetta (knee) can't play while US international Steven Cherundolo has penned a contract extension until 2008.

sounds like it was a good game, with a good goal to win it. nice to get rid of the taste from last weeks game with a win.

Honestly, the game wasn't too good to watch but that was due to our defense not allowing any good chances for Bielefeld to score. And we only needed a handful of chances to take the match. So it wasn't a spectacle and the non-Hannover crowd probably hated it, but for me it was great!

And this win was especially important. After the winter break and the pretty clear loss to Leverkusen (plus the loss to Berlin right before the break), some people were wondering whether the previous great outings had been a fluke. No better way to get back on track than with a fairly convincing win. Honestly, Bielefeld didn't have much of a chance yesterday, I'm happy to report.
